By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

Seller is not to be present during the shoot. Tell them to treat this like a showing (approx. 1 hour), leaving the house picture ready. You (the agent) may attend the shoot.
Personal items need to be removed from counters, stored in cabinets or elsewhere during the shoot.
All pets are to be out of the house.
We are not responsible for moving seller’s personal belongings. Please ensure all items are put away or stored before our arrival.

It is a good idea to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure these requirements are met.
